Research Tracks and Submission Guidelines

DECaT 2024 welcomes original work on trustworthy data engineering, computational auditability and applied publication-quality methods for accountable systems.

Tracks

  • Data provenance, lineage and verification workflows
  • Trustworthy analytics, accountable AI and decision support
  • Secure data engineering, privacy-preserving computation and reliability
  • Reproducible benchmarks, applied case studies and research infrastructure

Paper Categories

Accepted formats

Full research papers, short papers, system demonstrations, benchmark reports and position papers are eligible for workshop review.

Submission Requirements

  • Full papers: 8 to 12 pages, excluding references.
  • Short papers and demos: 4 to 6 pages, excluding references.
  • Manuscripts should be anonymized for double-blind review.
  • Accepted camera-ready papers must include author names, affiliations and a reproducibility statement.

Review Criteria

  • Original contribution and relevance to DECaT scope.
  • Soundness of method, data handling and evidence trail.
  • Clarity of presentation and reproducibility of reported results.
  • Potential value for researchers, engineers and applied reviewers.
