Publication Policy

Review, Publication and Archive Standards

DECaT-style workshop proceedings should publish only papers that have passed editorial screening, peer review and final camera-ready checks.

Peer Review

Double-blind evaluation

Each submitted manuscript should receive at least two independent reviews before acceptance. Conflicts of interest should be declared by reviewers and authors.

Publication

Camera-ready checks

Final articles should include complete author metadata, a citation block, normalized keywords, an abstract and a link to the final manuscript file.

Integrity

Corrections and withdrawals

Post-publication corrections should be attached to the article record with a dated note. Withdrawn articles should retain a transparent withdrawal notice.

Archive

Stable article identifiers

Article identifiers should remain stable across site updates. DECaT-2024-XX identifiers are internal workshop identifiers, not DOI records.
